Butternut Squash Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2002
I served this for a dinner for 20. It was a huge hit. My family was very pleased I had leftovers. I modified it slightly by using chicken broth, using only 2 packages of cream cheese and substituted hot sauce for the cayenne. If I was a making a quantity for 6 I don't wouldn't put in any cream cheese. It would still be perfect.

Carrot Cake III

Best cake ever. So moist. Great icing but I add 1 tsp. orange juice. This icing is not as sweet as other cream cheese icing. Delicious.

Orange Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2010
This cake was a starting off point. Last minute I needed a recipe. Used the ingredients I had and it was fantastic. Orange cake mix, vanilla pudding and I didn't have any extract but followed everything else. Yummmmm...................
