My husband and I thouht this recipe was pretty good, however, my kids didn't care for it much. I tossed a couple of chicken boullion cubes into the cooking water, as well as a little onion powder, garlic salt and dried parsley. To cut back, I used reduced fat soups and sour cream and no yolk egg noodles. I thinned the sauce a bit with a little skim milk and omitted the salt since I cooked the chicken and noodles with the boullion cubes. Finally, I added baby peas to the mixture. Topped with a layer of cheddar cheese and then a layer of Ritz cracker crumbs (doubled the amount). Not bad.
