I doubted the dijon mustard dressing at first but tried it anyway and ended up loving it! I did take a fellow reviewers suggestion and bought the dijon vinaigrette dressing to save time. Very good!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

the vinegar overwhelms the taste of this glaze and does not smell good while cooking or go with the taste of the fish. Save yourself some time and just make a brown sugar glaze also found on allrecipes.

Homemade Black Bean Veggie Burgers

I used two eggs like some reviews suggested I then had to add an extra 1/2 cup of bread crumbs to accomodate for the extra liquid; they stayed together perfectly. I didn't have chili sauce on hand so I used ketchup and it worked fine. Will definitely make again!

Double Chocolate Biscotti

Taste and texture were perfect. Did not have the problems I have heard of in other biscotti recipes. I did add 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp almond extract to recipe and used special dark cocoa powder for an extra rich chocolate taste. I also only added 1/2 cup chocolate chips and added 1/2 cup pecans, but that is just my personal taste. I drizzled melted pink candy melts over the cooled cookies for Valentine's Day. Got rave reviews and was asked for the recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Eggnog Cheesecake III

Cheesecake had the consistency of a no-bake cheesecake. I have baked many cheesecakes before and have never had any turn out with the texture this one had. Baked exactly according to directions. Won't make again.

Anniversary Chicken I

One word, horrible. Not only did this recipe smell bad while baking, but tasted too salty and the mixture of teriyaki sauce and ranch dressing made the mixture taste like it had gone bad (soured). I even double checked the recipe to make sure I followed it right because of the rave? reviews it had received. Definitely will not make again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is truly an awesome recipe.I used the 98% fat free cr. of mushroom soup and I did follow some suggestions by other reviewers i.e. I used beef broth in place of the 3/4 water and for the rest I used red cooking wine. I didn't want all the salt in a dry onion soup mix so I just used regular onions and added onion and garlic powder to the gravy. I had to thicken the gravy before serving but now my family demands I make this once a week! Great recipe!

Orange Cream Fruit Salad

This was okay when I first made it then the bananas started turning brown and they totally dominated the other fruits in taste, so I removed them. The pudding started to seperate also due to the orange juice. It didn't look very appetizing either, it was just all the same color(pastel orange color) and lumpy. No one ate it at dinner because they thought it was a dessert. It had a good taste at first then it just tasted like banana pudding.

Ultimate Breakfast Casserole

Family loved this, great taste! I used sausage instead of ham. Next time I will reduce the amount of sour cream to 12 oz. and increase the eggs otherwise, you can't tell it has eggs in it, and I will mix the eggs in with all of the ingredients so that the consistency is firmer. I love recipes that you can tinker with and they still turn out great, thanks for the recipe!

Grandmother's Oatmeal Cookies

Very tasty recipe! I didn't know if this recipe would turn out, the dough was thick and hard to mix but cookies came out nice and chewy after 11 minutes. To make the dough easier to handle, I refrigerated it for at least an hour before shaping into balls, Terrific recipe!
