Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2014
These are my new favorite chocolate chip cookies! I love the subtle peanut butter taste (I love peanut butter, but peanut butter cookies tend to be too dry for me). I dissolved the baking soda in a little water and added it into mixture before flour. I also cut down the chocolate chips and added extra oats instead. Delicious!! It was hard to not eat all the batter.

Old-Fashioned Pancakes

I used sprouted whole wheat flour, and they came out well. This is a good, basic recipe that is quick and easy to make.

Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2013
Really good, but I did make some changes. I used coconut oil instead of butter, one cup of brown sugar, rapadura instead of white sugar, pumpkin pie filling instead of pumpkin puree, two cups of whole wheat flour and two cups white, and added a teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.

Banana Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2013
So delicious! I used a little more bran, flour, and extra milk since I had five and a half bananas. I also added 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. These were super moist and not too sweet. I will definitely make these again and again.

Triple Berry Crisp

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2012
Was good, but there is too much topping. The topping tastes a bit too much like brown sugar for my personal taste, but beyond that it was great. I think I will go back to my original recipe.

Carrot Muffins

These are pretty healthy, and they taste like it. I used whole wheat flour, doubled the sugar, and added raisins and walnuts, but they were still just okay. Great and filling morning breakfast, but I will go back to my original recipe.

So delicious! I think next time I would add a little more sugar since I like to eat them hot off the griddle without an toppings. So yummy!

Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2011
I love this recipe! Super easy and quick. I used whole wheat flour, and it still tasted great! I also copied someone else's idea of mix the apples, sugar, and cinnamon together in a ziplock bag before adding into the recipe. So yummy,

Banana Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2011
LOVED this recipe! I will definitely be making this again and again. The bread is moist and dense with a great flavor. I did make some adjustments. I used brown sugar instead of honey, a dash of nutmeg and a dash of ground cloves instead of pumpkin pie spice, 3 bananas instead of 2, applesauce instead of oil, and whole wheat flour. So that is a number of changes, but it came out great. Just bake for about one hour at 350.

very yummy and easy! I substituted whole wheat flour for one cup of the white flour and used only 1.5 cups of chocolate chips, and they came out great!
