Melt-in-Your-Mouth Broiled Salmon

It was very good. Read the reviews, but Decided to keep with the original concept of skin side down, then flipped to Skin side up, then again skin side down. because I had relatively thick filets, I put the broiler rack at its highest location setting, and the final cooking had me add 2 minutes on top of the recipe to make sure it was cooked the way we like it. I used a PRE-mix of fine herbs in a jar, and that worked out just fine. Will definitely be adding this to the mix for the future.

Roast Potatoes

Very easy to prepare, and delicious as written. Served with broiled parmesan tilapia, and it was a great combination.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Incredible restaurant quality meal. I cooked the Tilapia 4 minutes per side before finishing up the final 2 minutes per this recipe. All else I left as is...Andi was delicious.

Pineapple Beef Stir-Fry

Excellent meal, and like others, I made some adjustments: used Sirloin instead of Top Round so the meat was more tender; substituted out green beans, chilies for sugar snap peas, water chestnuts; used 2 TBS dried cilantro instead of fresh. All else as written, and it was delicious. Definitely have added this to my list to repeat.

Angel Chicken Pasta

My family really enjoyed this meal....very easy to prepare. I followed some of the suggestions from other reviewers (i.e. cut chicken into strips, broccoli, bow tie pasta, mushrooms, garlic, extra wine, Adobo seasoning on the chicken). It was ALL good... we'll definitely add this to our list of "do agains!"

Chicken Marsala II

I was nervous about making this recipe because, as a novice 'chef', I had never done a reduction before. This recipe was so easy, that even I could pull it off. My wife said this was on par with what restaurants serve, and we both loved it. Definitely a keeper!
