Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage-Brown Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
I made these twice. The filling is good as side dish, however I found the wonton wrappers were not a good tasting cover. If you didn't really seal them well, they opened up in the water, they also became water logged when they cooked. Nanc

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
These are sooo yummy. The Kale pieces should be on the bigger size and really watch them in the over, because they go from limp to overcooked in seconds.

Potato Leek Soup I

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
this soup was so thick that I had to add liquid every time I wanted to eat it. It was more like a potato leek massh. Yummy, but not a soup.

Pork Tenderloin with Apples

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2012
A delicious dish. I would definitely make it again. I don't know why you have to slice the tenderloin in half, however, and it wasn't clear whether in half, meant split (butterflied) or 2 pieces. I think if your pan is large enough, you can omit this step.
