This turned out perfect on the first attempt Minor changes: mixed the yolk mixture + milk using a double boiler instead of a pan to avoid the eggs getting cooked, tripled the coffee (used purple nespresso shots- the better the coffee, the more authentic the tiramisu tastes) and omitted the rum, drizzled it on the ladyfingers generousily with the sugar side down, mixed the filling and whipped cream together- easier to apply this way, refridgerated for >24 hrs and applied the cocoa powder prior to serving.
