Love this!!! I agree with Sarah....it is so much easier using a food processor. Delicious with baked pita bread brush with olive oil/cumin mixture before baking!

Bacon-Wrapped Scallops
Nice! I also tried using a sliced water chestnut instead of the spinach, then brushed a glaze of honey mixed with a little orange juice...a super yummy mix of sweet and savory!!
