Cauliflower-Cheese Soup
This was exactly what I was looking for to use up vegetables in my fridge that had seen better days. I used a small head of cauliflower instead of a cup, skipped the flour and added a bit more cheese. It was already so thick with the extra cauliflower. DELISH!

Blue Ribbon Overnight Rolls
I've made this recipe several times for Thanksgiving and it comes out perfectly if you follow the directions. It's easy and bakes up quickly, you can trust this one to be a big hit. The leftover rolls, if there are any, are great filled with turkey salad. Another great way to use up those turkey leftovers.

Taiwanese Pork Chops
I used this recipe to pre-cook the pork for a stir fry. After frying, I chilled it overnight and then cut it into strips for the stir fry. I also tried it using seitan for a vegetarian version. Also very good.
