Beer Cheese Pretzel and Dip

I only made the dip, but oh boy! This is so good! I just used storebought pretzels, and it was excellent. Would be good on ANYTHING.

2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

So frickin easy! I made mine with chocolate bark instead of white chocolate and it turned out great :) Doesn't taste quite like traditional fudge, but it's real close!

Oh. Em. Gee. I had never roasted a whole chicken before so I was a little apprehensive. This recipe was SO EASY and idiot proof! Chicken was so tender and my whole family oohed and ahhed all during dinner. It had a great flavor as is, but I'll bet you could really tailor it to your tastes. I can't wait to shove some lemon and garlic up in there...:D Great recipe!

Mexican Rice I

Crispy Potato Pancakes

Very good! Definitely fry in a skillet versus a griddle (I used a griddle and the sides didn't get crispy).

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

This was, eh, not so good. Too much onion, too little mayo, and overall very sour/bitter. I'm a chick pea freak, so I was very excited about trying this, but alas: garbanzo fail :(
