About this Cook
I am a wife and a mother to two. I am 24 and just a normal wife/mother who enjoys cooking at home to save money and serve my family a healthy meal.

I love cooking Italian dishes. You can add so much to make it flavorful and healthy!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My cooking tragedies
I used to make my pancakes by frying them in two inches of oil. OMG! Lol! My poor husband! That was circa 2006 :)

Banana Crumb Muffins
Just delicious. I added chopped walnuts just to the crumb topping and it was just so delicious. I made no changes as they were totally unnecessary!!!

Sausage Pasta
I made this tonight for dinner and it surprised me. I smelled good, tasted delicious! I didn't even have any oregano or paras ran cheese, so I made the recipe as instructed, and instead of tossing the sauce and pasta together I put pasta into a 9x13 baking dish, poured the sauce over the sprinkled with motzeralla cheese and baked at 375 for 15 minutes!!!! I added no salt, used no salt added diced tomatoes and reduced sodium chicken broth. Threw in organic kale And fresh spinish!!

Italian Wedding Cookies III
Made these today because i was stuck in the house with my daughter who is feeling under the weather. So easy, so few ingredients! I only gave it four stars because 1. Too much salt!! Would have been fine with 1/4TSP 2. So darn sweet!! I guess that's more my own preference. So i left a couple aside for myself that i didn't roll in the sugar. Very pour-is so its great for drinking coffee or dunking in milk!! Melt in your mouth delicious.
