Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2004
I had a dinner party and made waaayyyyyyy too much food but this was the FIRST thing to go! It was so good. In addition to the recipe, I sprinked fresh grated Paresan on top before baking. I also used fresh spinach-steamed and chopped (just b/c I had it inthe house and didn't have time to buy frozen) and it was great!

I don't really like carrots but I LOVED these! Add a pinch of ginger for a little bite.

Italian Wedding Soup I

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2006
This recipe was a HIT with my church! I scaled the recipe to 150 servings and made it 2 days in advance, saving the pasta for right before we served the soup. Instead of using broth, I bought jars of base. Worked out perfectly. We made the meatballs with a melon baller for uniformity. I eyeballed a lot of stuff at the end since I had a hard time with the scaling but it came out so good and a week later people are still talking about it! And I gave 100% of the credit to allrecipes.com!

Creamy Oriental Dressing

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2004
Instead of 1 cup of mayo, I did 1/2 cup of mayo, 1/2 a cup of sour cream. I don't like mayo that much. Great recipe. My husband and I both loved it!

Pumpkin Cheesecake I

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2004
I made this with a graham cracker crust instead and it was a hit! Next time I'll make it a little fluffier...maybe by adding a bit of flour like another person suggested?

Stuffed Green Peppers II

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2005
I used ground turkey and precooked the rice in chicken broth and they came out GREAT! I also put the empty peppers in the oven for about 10 minutes before filling them.

Stuffed Peppers

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2003
I followed the instructions exactly but the meat was not cooked. I had to broil them for another 25 minutes (covered in foil).
