Anything from Brownies to Lasagna is fine with me :D My entire family LOVES to eat {and cook!}, so life has always happened in the kitchen! My Grandparents all cook very heavy, traditional German Cuisine: my Mom couldnt be farther from that, and I just love baking!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
These are amazing! Unlike any muffin you'll taste in a cafe! A perfect, crispy muffin top, a light plus a light and fluffy inside! I made my own buttermilk {as suggested by other reviewers} by adding some vinegar to regular milk. The only vinegar I had was a lemon one, so I think that added a little something to the end taste! The crumb topping was perfect, but probably double of what I needed! :P Someone else suggested to bake them at 350* for 15 min and then turn it up to 400* for the rest of time! GREAT IDEA! Definitely making these again! oh, and I used 1 1/2 Cups of fresh blueberries! xx

Cream Cheese Frosting II
This recipe is AMAZING!!!!!!! Not too sweet or anything. I used this on Lemon Cupcakes and added some lemon juice. It was great!! THe only bad thing there is to say about this frosting is that its a bit runnny. I'm not sure whether this was because of the 2 droplets of lemon juice i added, but anyway! GREAT RECIPE

English Muffins
These are great! I was so scared at first, since this was my first time really working with dry yeast! I took other reviwers' suggestions and handled the dough lightly. I also only added about 3/4 of the suggested ammount of flour and only left the circles of dough out for 15 minutes to rise, they then rose on the griddle. They were delicious! Full of nooks and crannies, just the way they should be!
