Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

This is a favorite from my childhood. My mom used to just keep it in the fridge and add new onions and cucumbers all summer long! The dressing never seems to go bad.

I hadn't made stuffed cabbaged rolls in years, so I decided to try this recipe. It is superb! Vert tasty. I made the remaining cabbage into sauteed cabbage and added a little cut up tomatoes, salt and pepper. An excellent compliment to these rolls. YUMMY!
