No Roll Pie Crust I
This was so easy to make and easy to work with. Used it with the pecan pie recipe from this site and it turned out great!

Pecan Pie V
This was an incredibly easy recipe. I added a tablespoon of coco powder to make it a chocolate pecan pie. I also used the no-roll pie crust recipe from this site which was also incredibly easy and turned out great! For the cooking times I did 15 minutes at 350 degrees, 35 minutes at 300 degrees, and then I left it in the oven to cool down. Both the pie and the no-roll crust turned out great!

Golden Rum Cake
This cake was easy to make. In addition to the rum glace, I also added a rum frosting consisting of icing sugar, milk, vanilla, and rum. I found the rum glaze to give the cake too much of an alcoholic taste. Next time I would add the rum to the glaze while it was still cooking to cook off the alcohol. Even though I got great raves from the cake, I was not as impressed with this cake compared to other bundt cakes from this site.
