Golden Rum Cake
This cake was easy to make. In addition to the rum glace, I also added a rum frosting consisting of icing sugar, milk, vanilla, and rum. I found the rum glaze to give the cake too much of an alcoholic taste. Next time I would add the rum to the glaze while it was still cooking to cook off the alcohol.
Even though I got great raves from the cake, I was not as impressed with this cake compared to other bundt cakes from this site.
