Have made this recipe for a few years now. Got the recipe from the Taste of Home magazine. Yummy cookies! Fun and easy to make, and you can make double and triple batches if you need a cookie to share for an exchange. I put the cut cookies on a cooling rack over the sink and drizzle the frosting to keep clean up to a minimum. Love this cookie.

World's Best Lasagna

Better than my old lasagna! I have used the sauce on other pasta as well. I like to make a double batch of the sauce, so I have it on hand to make a quicker batch another time.

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Have made this recipe a couple of times. Even shared it with family. Only thing I changed the second time I made it was to replace the whole tomatoes with another can of diced tomatoes. When I used the whole ones, I ended up chopping them up anyway. Great recipe. Thanks.

Ham 'n' Cheese Potato Bake

My son had 3 helpings - that is a very positive sign he liked it. Not for your healthy dinners, but good comfort food. I did use a larger bag of potatoes as many did, also will use more ham next time. Will make again.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Good cookies! Used parchment paper like I always do to make for easy removal of cookies from cookie sheet. Will make again even though the kids prefer chocolate chip! Thanks for a good recipe.

Sloppy Joes II

Very good sweet sloppy joe. Usually add a little shredded chedder cheese to the sandwich. Kids like them. Good, quick, easy evening main dish.

Black Bean and Corn Salad II

I love this recipe. I have made it many times, just now getting around to rating it. I have handed out the recipe several times, as well. I usually serve it as a "salsa" with chips. This is a recipe I will continue to use. Thanks for a great recipe.

Banana Muffins II

This is my kid's favorite recipe. If I ask them if they want muffins, they assume it is these. Although, at our house they are Chocolate Chip banana muffins; I add 1/2 to 3/4 c. of mini chocolate chips then I bake them in mini muffin pans. They don't last long. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Very sweet! Followed advice to increase the brown sugar (to 3T) and confectioners sugar (to 1 c) to taste more like cookie dough. Maybe sweetened it too much. My kids and husband loved it. Me, not so much.

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Made this recipe for a party - actually whipped them up about an hour before people showed up. They went together fairly quickly. They also disappeared fairly quickly as well. This is a recipe that will be added to my "will make again" file. Thanks for a fun recipe.

Guacamole

This is the best Guacamole recipe I have made. A friend just returned from Mexico, and she said this recipe tasted just like what she had been eating all week. I sometimes increase the lime, because I like that "bite". Thanks for a great recipe.

Cheese Filled Triangles

This recipe took some time, but was fun to make. I had never used Phyllo dough and a friend gave me some good pointers. Keep the dough covered with plastic wrap then a wet towel to keep it from drying out. Only take out what you need. I used two sheets of dough instead of one, I also cut the dough (width wise) into ~2 1/2 inch strips which made the triangles smaller. This was a better "finger food" size for the party I made them for. Also, doing it this way made enough to stick in the freezer for another occasion. I think I made ~100 triangles. I will make this recipe again. Thank you.
