Marinated Pork Tenderloin
We really liked this alot! I used low sodium soy sauce so it wouldn't be so salty! I left it in the marinade a little longer due to our schedule. It was still great afterabout 16 hrs!

Foolproof Rib Roast
I LOVED THIS RECIPE, BUT I HAVE A SIMILAR RECIPE. 1,2,3 or4 RIBS I DO ALL THE SAME EXEPT THE OVEN IS 400 degrees AND I ALSO BRUSH KITCHEN BOUQUET ON ALL SIDES. YOU CAN PRE COOK IT AND LEAVE ANY SIZE ROAST UP TO 7 or 8 hrs. BEFORE SERVING. TURN OVEN TO 300 degrees REHEAT: FOR MED RARE 1-2 RIBS 25 MIN 3-4 RIBS 35-40 MIN
