Marinade for Chicken

This was very good. I marinated the chicken all day and barbecued it. Very tender and tasty. I didn't use the mustard (didn't have any) and only had dried parsley. I did add a couple of cloves of crushed garlic. I will make this again.

Honey Butter Yule Ham

Made this for Christmas dinner. Was looking for a ham glaze with ingredients I had on hand. Turned out wonderful - even my mom who has made ham a zillion times asked what was used; she said it was delicious. I'll use this for ham again.

Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

Very easy and good cheesecake! Looks pretty too. Made this for a crowd of 10 and many went back for more. I did make a few changes: I made an oreo crust in a 9-inch springform, then put all of the cheesecake mixture into the pan (so only one cake, not two). I also added about 1 Tbsp sugar and about 2 tsp vanilla to the cream cheese mixture. Baked for about 40 min. I used the "water bath" method found on this site; it was easy and worked like a charm! No cracks at all! I'll make this again for sure.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

FANTASTIC!! This is always a hit when I make them. I find the amount of filling makes WAY more than 12 mushrooms. I make a non-spicy version by leaving out the cayenne pepper and adding some dried basil, and a bit of extra garlic. Still delicious. I also use an icing press to do the filling, so it looks very pretty on the mushrooms; also very easy to fill them.

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

I really enjoyed this recipe! I added extra apples and raisins and it was delicious. I used light cream cheese which was fine (but next time I'll cut it into smaller pieces & spread it out more). I will definitely make this again! yum! thanks
