Cheddar and Onion Soup Chicken

I decided to try this recipe tonight & it was fantastic! I only tweaked a few minor things. I added in a little bit of garlic powder to the flour & I waited to put the cheese on until the last 15 minutes. I served the chicken over buttered egg noodles. It was perfection!

Chicken Breasts Supreme

I made this tonight & it was fabulous. I made just a few minor changes. I only used 4 chicken breasts. Instead of cream of mushroom soup, I used minced garlic instead of minced onion & I left out the sliced mushrooms because I am not a fan. The sauce is VERY rich & the next time I make this, I might use just a little less Worcestershire sauce. I served the chicken with pasta- which paired amazingly with the sauce.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

These cookies are exceptional. They are very cakey & have a much different texture than a traditional chocolate chip cookie. I use about 1 & 1/3 cup of pumpkin. I also add in 1/2 or 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, cloves, ginger & allspice. My family gobbles them up!

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is SO good. I use a whole package of cream cheese, 1cup of sour cream, 1/3cup of mayo & an Italian blend shredded cheese. I use about 3/4cup of cheese in the dip & sprinkle the rest on top. We dip tortilla chips or multigrain Townhouse Toppers in it!

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

My 3yr old daughter & I just made these. The only thing I did differently was I used margarine instead of butter, because I am out of butter & didn't want to run to the store. I used our Cookie Pro Ultra II to press them onto the baking sheets. I baked them at 350 for 8min & they turned out absolutely PERFECT. They are light & airy & soft & have a gorgeous flavor. This is definitely one for the recipe book!
