Parmesan Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2003
My family loved this, didn't have a french loaf, just some "wonder" slice bread, slightly toasted the bread and then put spread on both sides and cook about 5 minutes longer then the recipe called for, let sit a couple of minutes it turned out great. Oh yeah the most important thing use unsalted butter, that way when you use the garlic salt it will not turn out too salty.

Cheesy Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2002
this is one tasty side dish, if you like potatoes and cheese, I highly recommend trying this. I used velveeta cheese as someone else recommended and it was just as good the next day

Broccoli and Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2002
My family really liked this dish, I didn't have crackers, but topped with chedder cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking, was a little soupy the night I cooked it, but the next evening it was perfect, it also seem to taste even better after sitting, will make the night before next time

Chewy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2002
These are yummy, I didn't add any extra flour or add anything different to thicken up the recipe. because for anyone who is like me who doesn't want to waste time rolling dough into a ball, I just dropped them on a pan with a teaspoon and sprinkled a little sugar on top. So I didn't need anything extra and they turned out great. Oh I did make sure that the teaspoon had about a walnut size amount on it, if that helps any
