Cheesy Salmon Pasta
I made my own pesto sauce based upon a recipe I found on this site, which I used Kale instead of Spinach and 1% milk for half the oil. But other than that (which is just preference) this recipe was a great motivator! I used 3 cans salmon, and it gave such a rich and creamy flavor. Mmmm! I would recommend including a pesto recipe instead of just saying to use it, because you really need a good 2 cups of it per box of pasta, to make this dish moist and delicious. Thanks.

Cornbread Muffins I
Great taste!! They are a tad dense, but that's okay for chili. I used Canola oil instead of butter, omitted the honey, added a Tsp vanilla, and reduced the sugar to 1/2 cup (but 2/3 is fine I'm sure.) Plus I only had to cook them half the time in a conventional oven. They POPPED right up like popovers do! Cute :) I remembered to thaw the frozen corn first, so I didn't have a problem with the kernel texture. The point is that a home-cook could tweak the recipe and it still turns out delicious! Yumitty Yum.

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!
I do NOT recommend adding vanilla; it made the flavor a bit "fake" tasting. The sugar was cut in half, because 1 cup is just too much. The topping could have also done without the cinnamon sugar, because it didn't add to the cobbler. I also had to add 10-12 minutes to the cooking time. I liked the fluff of the cakey texture (although more shortcake than cobbler) but the taste was not there regardless. In my experience, it was just OKAY in taste.
