Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Make-Believe Middle Eastern Chicken

Sorry, but this recipes deserves an acquired taste and we just couldn't do it. Found the flavors did not compliment each other well. Even with more cumin it was not flavorful enough

Cabbage Rolls II

This is wonderful recipe and one that I will most definately use for potlucks. This was too easy. Great for using up left over rice. I prefer my sauce a little less tangy and will use garlic and basil next time.

American Shepherd's Pie

This recipe does have a down home classic flavour. I did add a layer of Swiss cheese prior to topping with the Potatoes. Also, put in some chopped fresh parsley. 8 servings was not enough for our family!

Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff, Aussie Style

I found this a bit too salty. Perhaps from the Boullion. I will double the cream next time. Excellent recipe and easily adapted to your own personal style. I threw in leftover broiled potatoes and buttered carrots. It was hearty and awesome

Mexican Meatloaf

This is a great recipe. I add some salsa to the refried beans as well as cheese as I am heating it. To make the rolling easier I lay this out on wax paper then pull the edges up and use a spatula if needed to roll it.

Green Bean Casserole II

Did not have the Dried Onions (left them sitting in the cart at the grocery store)...used Funyons instead...everyone raved!!! Crunched the Funyons and layered on the bottom. Put the mixture on top and cooked then 10 minutes out put more crunched Funyons on top with a sprinkle of cheese...DELICIOUS
