About this Cook
I am a mother of three children, three dogs and a husband. I work full time and therefore try very hard to plan quick and easy meals
My favorite things to cook
I LOVE Pasta Dishes. Anything Pasta...which my waistline can attest to
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cookies and sweets with the kids. We enjoy testing out cake mixes to see just how much we can get away with
My cooking triumphs
Having supper on the table EVERY night by 7PM after working all day
My cooking tragedies
Sausage Biscuits. I burnt them so bad even the dogs would not eat them!

Green Bean Casserole II
Did not have the Dried Onions (left them sitting in the cart at the grocery store)...used Funyons instead...everyone raved!!! Crunched the Funyons and layered on the bottom. Put the mixture on top and cooked then 10 minutes out put more crunched Funyons on top with a sprinkle of cheese...DELICIOUS

Mexican Meatloaf
This is a great recipe. I add some salsa to the refried beans as well as cheese as I am heating it. To make the rolling easier I lay this out on wax paper then pull the edges up and use a spatula if needed to roll it.

Beef and Mushroom Stroganoff, Aussie Style
I found this a bit too salty. Perhaps from the Boullion. I will double the cream next time. Excellent recipe and easily adapted to your own personal style. I threw in leftover broiled potatoes and buttered carrots. It was hearty and awesome
