I couldn't make it the way this is stated. I am greatful for the idea. I did what the recipe called for ingredients wise but changed it up for my taste. I layered brussels in a bowl that I cut in 1/2. With each layer I sprinkled (good) EVOO and Kohser salt and fresh pepper. When I was done with that I gave it a good folding so I was sure every little gem had something on it, at that point, plastic wrap over the bowl and into the frig for a couple of hrs. When I baked them I put them face down on cookie sheet lined with foil for 20 min. at the same temp on the recipe. For my taste they were excellent BUT even better the next couple of days. Also, a little freshly graded parmesan was delish!
