Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Great start to a recipe. I love that it was simple ingredients and instructions. Thought it was a bit dry, and definitely cooking too long. I followed others advice and sautueed garlic/lemon/butter first. I added some white wine to the sauce after garlic sauteed. whatever is laying around the fridge in the way of wine. Nothing specific. Then poured sauce over fish and cooked at 400 for about 15 mins. My fillets were frozen, so I wanted them to defrost. They were a little dried out at 15 mins.
