Chili Rick's
Wow! I've never made great chili, so when my hubby entered his new business in our local school's (where I happen to teach) Homecoming Tailgate Chili Cook-Off, I wasn't pleased. I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. You can add another 1st place trophy to your growing collection of fan wins, Rick! I did cut the BBQ sauce down a little and I only had 1# of spicy sausage, but it was perfect. The only thing I'd like to change is the prep time. It took me about 50 minutes to get all of the ingredients simmering in the pot. Thanks Rick! Love, love, love the flavor.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks
This one is a keeper! I don't usually like Rosemary so I almost didn't make this marinade. Boy am I glad I did! The flavor is amazing. The steaks turned out wonderfully tender with the perfect flavor. I took the advice of other reviewers and omitted the salt. I also halved the soy sauce. I didn't have steak seasoning so I used some garlic powder and onion powder. I also added 1 tbs brown sugar. I read one comment about the rosemary being "like pine needles"- I think they missed the fact that you are supposed to crush it up first. Try this marinade - it is amazing!

London Broil
Delicious and easy recipe! I didn't have tarragon vinegar so I used apple cider vinegar. I was also short on time so I only marinated the meat for a total of 45 minutes. It was still tasty!
