Basic Crepes
I just tried this recipe and it was quite delicious. I did increase the salt just a little bit, added some sugar, a bit of orange zest and a splash of vanilla. Very easy with great results. Just like many others on here, I would mix the wet and dry ingredients separately, adding the dry gradually to the wet so you don't get lumps and use a wire whisk. Will definitely make again. Also, I made these as a sweet breakfast entrée. For savory crepes, leave out the sweeteners

Bill's Blue Cheese Dressing
I made this for the first time a month ago and sadly, I just ran out. It is the best homemade blue cheese dressing I've ever had. I can't for the life of me figure out what several people seem to think is missing. I don't think it is too mayonaisey and you can't taste the Worcestershire. The only thing to me is I will thin it down a tad, but not much. The flavors are divine and I am gonna buy some more cheese tonight so I can make some more. This is a must have in my fridge now. Thanks for an awesome recipe

Daddy's Popcorn
I just made a bowl of this awesome popcorn. Enough for one as I am by myself. Ate the whole thing, no waste since I could adjust the serving size. Much better than microwavable. I added regular salt to the butter and oil and popped the corn. Didn't have to add any additional. I sprinkled some butter flavored seasoning once popped and shook to distribute. Tasted buttery and pretty close to movie theatre popcorn. Now I know the secret to good flavored stovetop popcorn. Excellent recipe and no more microwave popcorn. I even bought the store brand corn and I only had 3 unpopped kernels. Not bad. One poster bought expensive Orville Reddenbocher corn. Not necessary, Great Value from Walmart worked just fine. Like I said, 3 unpopped kernels. Now I will start eating more popcorn. Thank you
