Banana Crumb Muffins

delicious!!!!! added the extra cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to the batter too (which I might do for my banana bread too) and it was wonderful!

Chicken and Vegetable Stir-Fry

this is a simple but delicious meal to make when you are in a hurry and want something healthy. I used double the ginger and crushed garlic the recipe asked for, but I also put alot of veggies in so the amount asked for might be enough.....yummy!

Lemony Chicken with Artichoke Hearts

This is a very flavorful dish! My husband is not too crazy about lemon so I only used 1 lemon and substituted balsamic vinegar for the vermouth as I had read on the internet this was a good non-alcoholic substitution. I would definitely try white wine the next time I make this dish. We ate the chicken over brown rice and there was alot of sauce in the skillet to pour over the rice. Delicious!

Italian Tortellini Soup

This recipe is delicious! it was my first time making soup from scratch and it turned out wonderful. A great hearty soup for the fall. A couple of things I changed was I used Italian seasoning instead of thyme and tiny tri-colour heirloom tomatoes instead of plum. I would definitely make this again!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This was my first recipe making lasagna from scratch and it turned out delicious!!!! it tastes even better the next day for leftovers.......a great addition is adding sauteed mushrooms to the chicken layer! mmmmmm.
