World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
This was by far the best lagagna I ever had. My Hubby loved it as well. The Best. Followed recipe almost as is with the addition of an extra can of fire roasted tomatos. Also used a blend of Sargento Bistro Blends Shredded Italian Pasta Cheese along with sliced mozzerella. Thanks for sharing John.

Apple Oatmeal Crisp

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
Absolutely Fantastic. I did put 1/3 of the crumble on the bottom and the rest on top. Also did not have quite 1 C. of oats. So I used a bit of crushed Special K Cinnamon Pecan ceral to filll in. Also tossed the apples (used McIntosh) with the sugar and cinnamon Wow. Served with Vanilla Ice Cream. I will double recipe next time and make in a 13x9. This will not last long at my house.

Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Sooo very good. This is by far better than Pumpkin Pie. I also used only 1/2 C. butter. Used salted butter and omitted salt in the recipe. Also added a bit of nutmeg and a handful toffee chips along with the pecans Perfect every time.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2009
This is by far the best Banana Bread I have ever had. Used some reviews to help make this a personalized recipe. I also used 5 bananas, some nutmeg, vanilla, cinnemon, and also added a 1/4 C. white sugar. Very moist. Did not have walnuts...used chopped pecans. 5 stars

Fresh California Salsa

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2005
Very tasty ! I did add 1/2 - 1 tsp. of Cumin for a bit more of that mexcian flavor. Also used Roma Tomatos as well as red onion. You cannot go wrong with this one. As it sits over night in the Fridge, it becomes more juicy. We Love this recipe. Thank You for sharing Cecilia !
