Brazilian Black Bean Stew

Love this recipe, and so did my husband. I ditched the ham and used an entire 12 oz package of vegan soy chorizo, plus I only used 2 tsp of oil. Thanks to another reviewer, I tried frozen mango chunks, and that worked nicely. Will definitely make this again.

Vegetarian Lime Orzo

My husband doesn't like zucchini, so I used bell pepper in place of it. I also used more lime zest than the recipe called for. Definitely a keeper!

Salmon with Dill

I didn't measure anything, just sprinkled the seasonings over the fish. I also used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray and just drizzled it. 20 minutes is just about the perfect baking time, as I hate overcooked salmon. I bet garlic would be good with this, too.

Smushed Apples and Sweet Potatoes

Love the flavor. I'm glad to finally find a recipe like this that does NOT have marshmallows on top. I love to make lots & lots of this & have the extra for lunch time side dishes during the work week. ONLY DOWN SIDE is that even though the food is literally STEAMING when served, it gets cold really quickly.

Buffalo Chicken Wing Soup

Taste was okay, but IF I ever make it again I will use WAY more chicken and maybe some corn starch or flour to thicken it up. I think my brain was also a bit put off that it didn't turn out orange, like normal buffalo wings look. My husband tolerated it but isn't rushing to have it again.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

GREAT recipe! DH and I already love tilapia, so it was nice to find a new way to make it. I added garlic powder to the sauce and I probably need to get it closer to the broiler (didn't come out brown/crispy), but I will DEFINITELY make this again.

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

I suggest doubling the amount of liquid involved when cooking two breasts. I followed the recipe but only made one breast, and the gravy was just enough for one. When I make it with two breasts, I'll make more gravy than the recipe calls for. On the whole, AWESOME flavor!!
