Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I just completed this wonderful recipe. #1 I give it a 5 star rating. The Vanilla Pudding (which for conversion hints - if you purchase Bagged or Boxed in the large size, i.e., Sams/Cosco/Gordan Food Service) 2 boxes = 1.003 dry liquid measurement) gives this recipe a bit more vanilla flavoring that I really enjoy and so did my friends. I made the 2 first cookie sheets without pecans and the remaining with pecans....YUMMMMMYYYYY! For those of you on a diet and need calorie information, I have made an Excel Spreadsheet for the calorie and vitaim information. A wonderful cookie treat 2 per week will help with the dieting. These cookies freeze very well and I am so thankful for this posting. To offset the calories, I did 15 more minutes on my stair climber/ski machine. These cookies are so wonderful with good Starbucks Coffee. Additionally, I used my small meatball maker for putting on the sheets and did not press. Also, 14 minutes is the best time for propane gas ovens @ 349 degrees on airbake cookie sheets. BRAVO!!!!!
