I started a cooking school when I discovered the butcher had a degree from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. He has taught me A LOT!

I love making everything from scratch. The more effort, the more satisfying it is! Experimenting with flavors, seasonings and creating a simple dish with a million dollar taste is so fun! Veggies present opportunities to make tasty side dishes. I also enjoy wild game and ways to prepare and cook it.

Our Christmas Eve Buffet that is strictly appetizers gets more and more detailed every year. How many things can you make and still keep it simple and finger food!?
