I am 51 yrs old. I am married and have one daughter. I enjoy cooking but I LOVE baking. I have three brothers and two sister and we all are great cooks and my three brothers love to bake pies. My Mom was very proud of the great cooks she raised. She was an awesome cook and baker; she also made beautiful quilts, completely by hand. As a child we raised and preserved most of our vegtables, jellies,and fruits. My Dad was a stone mason, and made fabulous wooden items, chairs,ottomans,gliders, and saddle racks. My parents were great inspirations through my life. Is my famous fried chicken. I fry it in a secret recipe of seasonings and coating mix.
