Yummy Pork Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2012
The recipe was good, but I didn't like the taste of the pork with it. It would be even better with turkey or chicken.

Very nice, simple to make - but people are always impressed when you make it.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Great base recipe! Pretty healthy, too. I always add carrots and potatoes when I cook this. In additon, spices like rosemary, thyme, and parsely help spice it up.

Baked Ham

Sealing it tightly and using that liquid is the key. This is a fool-proof recipe that produces a great meal. Thanks

Roasted Red Potato Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
The roasting makes this potato salad unique. People ask me to bring this to events all the time. It's also very hearty because of the bacon and eggs. I do add dijon to beef up the flavor, and I do half Miracle Whip half Mayo.

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
I brought this to a Christmas party and it was gone before anything else they served. People even "oohed" and "aahed" when I took it out of the oven because it was so pretty!. My 3 and 5 year olds loved it too. When I combined the crescent rolls the dough was too long to fit on my baking sheet. The next time I made it, I just kept them separate and had to loaves instead of one long one. It was a little 'mayonnais-y" - next time I might use less mayonnaise and/or add some sour cream. Nice recipe!

Too Much Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2007
Tasted a little to much like a boxed cake mix. Easy to make, though, and it is a step up from a mix.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2007
Tasty recipe that's ready to go when you get home from work! I added mushrooms to the gravy -- the gravy was fantastic. The meat was extremely tender. I usually steer clear of pork chops because they always seem so dry; this was a refreshing and delicious change. My 2 and 4 year olds cleaned their plates.

I made this for Thanksgiving and got lots of compliments. A nice, not-run-of-the-mill dessert.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2005
Takes some time to prepare, but making the enchilada sauce from scratch puts packaged sauces to shame. Served it at a birthday party and people loved it.

Chicken Delicious

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2003
Maybe it was because I used reduced fat cream of chicken/celery soup, but I thought this was really bland. I wouldn't make it again.

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2003
The meat just falls off the bone. I added some onions to the marinade and cooked it for about 3 hours instead of two. Excellent!
