Asian Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2011
Hot grill is the key - wonderful & moist! Great with a touch of extra soy sauce on top after cooking. Only modification I made was to add about 1 t. of dark sesame oil. Added a nice depth to the already great ingredients.

Breakfast Casserole

Excellent! We used Soy Sausage instead of pork (health reasons)... other than that (and not adding salt) we made it to the recipe and it was simply AMAZING!

Blueberry Crumb Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2010
It was very good, however very watery on the bottom. I haven't read other reviews to see if anyone suggests remedies. Does using fresh or frozen make a difference with that?

Linguini with Broccoli and Red Peppers

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2009
SIX YEAR OLD BOY ATE IT ALL!!! Changed a few things, so can't give it a 5, as I didn't make it exact. Added cheddar instead of Parm... omitted butter & garlic salt. Added 3 twists of sea salt. Topped it with crushed seasoned garlic croutons & extra cheddar. EXCELLENT!!!!!

Carrot Broccoli Casserole

This is a wonderful side dish! Made it to recipe, other than using olive oil instead of butter. Going to serve it to the boys with lunch and see how they like it! I think it's a winner!

Good, but not the best I've had... I agree more chocolate - less sugar.... I'll try that next time...

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2009
This is now one of our absolute favorite ways to cook chicken. What a wonderful taste! I usually just plop the whole chicken in the crock pot. However, to make it have a little less fat, today I took the skin off the chicken before putting it in the crock pot. Can't wait to smell it cooking!!!

Shepherd's Pie VI

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
For what it is, it's a 5! Makes leftovers a whole new meal. Hubby made it for dinner and asked me to put it in my on-line recipe box. Only real alteration we made was to top it with beef gravy.

Stir-Fried Asparagus

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2009
Excellent side dish! Try it! Hubby doesn't generally give a side dish a five, but he said this was definitely a FIVE! I didn't have lemon peel, so I used one shake of lemon pepper (I don't like pepper). It added just the right punch. Even my 3 and 5 year old boys ate the tips of the asparagus and said it was good.... It's a keeper! Yum!

Unbelievable Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2008
WOW! After only switching Dijon mustard in place of whole grain (had Dijon at home), I marinated the chicken for 24 hours. I grilled it on low, turning it many times, and basting it many times. It was succulent, glazed, and absolutely delicious. My VERY picky 5 year old ate it all up! THANK YOU for this recipe! It is wonderful! We will have this often!
