Pork Chop Suey from EatingWell
I found this recipe to be very tasteful. The ease in preparation came by preparing the vegetables in the morning.I used boneless pork chops and sliced these also marinating the slices the night before in olive oil, garlic and the ginger.I had to use canned bean sprouts.Since I never use molasses I chose to keep it out and used a little bit of dark brown sugar instead.I served with rice topped with crunchy Chinese noodles.

Sweet Hot Mustard Chicken Thighs
This was so delicious, full of flavors any side dish would complete it.I used seasoned potato and broccoli.I love it because I can get it organized in the morning and at dinner bake.I cut the opinions, lined my pan with foil and made the marinade and cut the vegetable in the morning. While it cooked in the evening I made the salad and steamed the vegetable cooking the potato with the chicken.

Maple Dill Carrots
This is a delicious side dish to make any meal a bit more exciting.I omitted the salt, personal preference.I simply let it cook a little longer to make the sauce a bit thicker.
