The leftover pork made it's way into a leftover meal of Pork Chop Suey.I just stir fried the meat in olive oil to brown it a bit and continued with the recipe.I would make this again with any other meat.I made a simple fried rice with some frozen stir
fried veggies as my side.This was a huge penny saver.I love using up those leftovers now!
