Poppy Seed Chicken Pasta Salad
This was easy to make on a hot Summer morning.I made it for a lunch with a green salad. If you like the ingredients then go for it because they blend well. I used some of a rotisserie chicken from the previous night.

Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken
Preparation wise fairly easy, I cut my chicken up for it on shopping day and froze it. Next time I think I will use all red peppers they are a bit sweeter. Taste wise it lacked a little flavor ....so I will figure it out and tweak it next time.

Pork Chop Suey from EatingWell
I found this recipe to be very tasteful. The ease in preparation came by preparing the vegetables in the morning.I used boneless pork chops and sliced these also marinating the slices the night before in olive oil, garlic and the ginger.I had to use canned bean sprouts.Since I never use molasses I chose to keep it out and used a little bit of dark brown sugar instead.I served with rice topped with crunchy Chinese noodles.
