This is, without a doubt, the best chocolate frosting I have ever tasted. I did not have evaporated milk and used regular milk and it was still yummy. If there were ten stars, that is what I would rate this recipe. Thank you, Tracy for sharing this. It is a keeper for me.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Easy Pancakes

I don't understand people. They rate a recipe and criticize that it wasn't good when, in fact, they did not follow the directions. This recipe says NOTHING about baking soda, yet some are claiming they would rather exclude it. How can you exclude something that wasn't included in the first place. This recipe got five stars from me and I only wish there were more stars to give it. Thanks you, Sharon Hold, for a wonderful recipe. You have made my day.

Creamy Chicken Casserole

Thank you, Sarah, for a wonderfull recipe. I made this exactly as you wrote it except that I topped it with French's french-fried onions since we do not like chinese noodles. It was deliciously yummy the first day and doubly delicious when I served it as leftovers. This will be made often in my kitchen, trust me. Thanks again Sarah.

Orange and Lentil Soup

This is one of the best soups ever! I will double the recipe in the future because everyone wanted seconds. I was unable to find red lentils anywhere. I tried four large food chains to no avail. But the soup was delicious with the green lentils.

Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread

After reading the ratings, I made this last night. Followed recipe to a tee. Tasted it when cooled and thought it was just ok. Nothing more than that. So I wrapped the loaves up in foil and went to bed. This morning, I sliced a loaf to be served with breakfast and was I surprised!!!!!!! It was DELICIOUS !!!!! Apparently this is one of those recipes that taste better the following day. It is definitely a keeper and I will always make it the day before I plan to serve it. Don't make a single change . . . make it "as is". You won't regret it.

Super-Easy Rocky Road Fudge

I gave it one star only because there is not an option for no star. This is the worst fudge I ever ate. No one in the family liked it. I bake a lot and cook a lot and I followed the recipe precisely. My family begged me to never use this recipe again.

Drop Dead Delicious Tuna Salad

I think this recipe had entirely too much mayo. The next time I make it (and I will make it again) I will put about 1/4 of the amt recommended. Otherwise, the taste was marvelous. Thank you for this simple but good recipe.
