Cream Cheese Squares
These are really simple but I really enjoyed them! I mixed the cream cheese with some melted chocolate to spruce it up a bit, it was really fantastic.

Eggnog Cheesecake III
This was a huge hit!! I just used a store-bought graham cracker crust to save on time, and it worked fine. I had too much filling for the crust through so I just sprayed a loaf pan and poured the rest of the filling in and made some crust-less cheesecake bars, which were also fantastic! I will make this every year for Christmas!!!

Braised Balsamic Chicken
I really enjoyed this recipe. So easy, and really healthy. I made a change though, I didn't use canned tomatoes I just diced fresh ones and added some water and simmered. It came out great it with less sodium than using canned. I served it with quinoa. Will definitely make again!
