Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2013
I put my own twist on this recipe. I used honey instead of brown sugar, added 2Tbs Asian sea salt blend, 6 cloves of chopped garlic & more worcheshire sauce. I didn't have dijion mustard so I used brown mustard and used almost twice as much. I let it sit in a bowl in the marinate for several hours tossing the chops several times throughout the day. My family loved it.

Chocolate Protein Balls

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2013
My husband and I love protein balls. I make them quite a bit to give us that boost of energy we need to get through our workouts or recovery afterwards. This is a great tasting and easy to make protein ball. You can mix up the additions to whatever you want. They are a great alternative to a pre-packaged granola bar. Give them a try you'll love them.

Honey Cornbread

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2013
Definitely a keeper. I changed the recipe to meet a more healthy style flour for wheat pastry flour, oil for organic melted butter, white sugar for splenda, and heavy cream for almond milk. These are wonderful. I will definitely be making these again!

Easy Whole Wheat Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2012
I used Organic butter and Organic brown sugar in these, but cut back a bit on the brown sugar & honey because I don't like them overly sweet. Plus I used natural chunky peanut butter. My family absolutely loved them.

Mixed brown sugar, 1/4c canned pumpkin, & pumpkin spice into melted butter and microwaved for 30 sec to 1 minute until boiling. Stir in vanilla. Pour pumpkin mixture over cereal mixture and stir until coated. Put on cookie sheets and bake in oven at 350 for 5 minutes or until crispness that you desire. Let cool and store in sealed container.

Cinnamon Raisin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
Loved this bread. I actually subsituted 2 cups of the flour for 2 cups wheat flour and used dried cranberries instead of the raisens. I also mixed the cinnamon with brown sugar instead of the regular sugar and it was absolutely wonderful. This is a keeper. My family loved it!!!
