I've tried this recipe now three times. The 2nd time I tried adjusting the recipe and it didn't come out nearly as good. Trust me and follow the recipe as written! The only thing you may need to adjust is cooking time if your chicken is a little bigger (generally 25 min per pound at this temperature). Also, make sure to allow enough time for the chicken to rest the full 30 minutues....makes all the difference! Super juicy! My husband has asked for this to be in our dinner rotation....frequently!
