I worked as a Cabinet maker for 25 years and wore my knees out. While recuperating from surgeries I went back to school and got my Diploma as a Professional Chef. Instead of building kitchens I started cooking in them. Food has always been my passion and good food is extremely important to me.

Anything I can grill or roast or create from scratch. I love to invent and create my own dishes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Thanksgiving and Christmas are my two favourites and also Grey Cup and Superbowl weekends.
My cooking triumphs
I worked as Head Chef for a local golf course and catered events for 100-150 people for Charity events on my own for lunch and dinner.
My cooking tragedies
I once dropped an entire cheescake at an event I was catering on the floor. and destroyed it completely.
