Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This recipe was awesome. I made a few changes. I didn't fold the breast over and I'm so glad I didn't. It wouldn't have contained the ham and cheese well at all. Instead, I laid both breasts flat in the skillet and browned both sides. I then simmered as instructed, but in the last 15 minutes of cooking, I laid the ham and then the cheese on top of the chicken. When the sauce was finished, I poured it directly on top of the cheese. I found that this way each bite was more balanced with chicken, ham and cheese rather than getting a forkful of mostly chicken when folded over. I also added salt and pepper to the flour/paprika mix. I had no bouillon powder, so I used 1 cube. It turned out amazing! I'll definitely be making this again.

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops
This was great! It is definitely somewhat unique and adds a new spin on chops. I tweaked it a little. I rubbed the Worcestershire sauce on before and then added the dry ingredients. I added a tad bit of white wine to the baking dish (to keep moist) and allowed these to soak overnight in the fridge. I left off the liquid smoke because my husband has a smoker, so we used that instead! It only took about 1 hour to smoke them and they were delicious! The spices stayed on just fine! This is a keeper :)

Addictive Sesame Chicken
Delicious!! I substituted a few things. I couldn't find red chili paste, so I used 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder instead. I also substituted the white vinegar for rice vinegar, and instead of a clove of garlic I used 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. My husband loved the recipe!! He said it is one of his favorite recipes that I make, and definitely wants it again!! I served it with plain white rice seasoned with soy sauce. Very good!!
