Fluffy Pancakes
I made these for my family when the came to visit and even my dad, who is not a fan of pancakes, thought they were great! We were skeptical of the vinegar aroma, but there was not a hint of vinegar flavor once they were cooked. I doubled the recipe and saved a few in the fridge and my kids warmed them up before school a couple days later and they were just as good! Strawberries and whip cream make them even better...yum!
