Wow! This dressing just about blew my socks off. I made just as the recipe stated and thought it was amazing! I marinated some chicken in it and used the dressing and chicken in a salad. I never thought healthy eating could taste so good!

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

I took the advice of some of the other reviews and used heavy cream in place of the half and half. It naturally thickened up and there was no need for the cornstarch. I also doubled the amount of garlic and seasonings because I like my food spicy. Absolutely delicious!
