I make blueberry muffins every summer because I have a large bush right outside my kitchen. This year it put out tons of blueberries. I made at least 10 of this recipe and I had people telling me to sell them to local restaurants. This recipe beats every recipe I've ever made. I substitute regular milk for almond milk sometimes and that's fantastic, too! The topping makes enough for two recipes, which I always make anyway. To make the topping easier to make I cut in the butter. This recipe is easy and, hands down, the MOST delicious blueberry muffin recipe EVER.
