Creamy Potato Casserole

My family has been making this recipe for years with sliced whole potatoes but for large parties, I get tired of peeling potatoes. I went ahead and used the shredded hash browns and it was great. I tried it one time using the cubed potatoes and I did not like it. I also use cream of chicken soup and not potatoe

Marinated Flank Steak

I was unable to find any flank steak and used flat iron steak instead. The meat had the best flavor but was also the most tender steak I have ever served. I sliced it thin just like the flank steak but my guest were able to cut with just a fork. My guest were asking for the recipe after the party

Grilled Glazed Salmon

This was a hit with the entire family and some of them are the pickiest eaters you will ever meet. My daugher who doesn't even like fish unless it is fried and doesn't taste like fish said " This is actually kind of good" I didn't change not one thing with the recipe which is almost unheard of. I am also changing my eating habits to eat healthier and there is no reason I could eat this and not feel guilty but the whole family liked it too and didn't feel like I was feeding them "diet food"

Super Squash

I thought this squash was very very good. The only reason I did not give it a 5 start is because it didn't convince my non squash eaters that squash is good but the ones who like squash said it was the best they had ever had. The only thing I changed was I used ritz crackers instead of saltines.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

I fixed this for a birthday dinner for 10 (used 3 skillets). It was simple and everyone loved it. I didn't change the recipe but I just sprinkled a little parmesan on top. The balsamic was not too strong at all. I will definitely fix this again.
