A nice twist on standard potato salad. My husband and I really like blue cheese, so I added 3 oz of blue cheese and about 1/3 cup chunky blue cheese salad dressing. I also used 6 slices of bacon. Go for the gusto, I say!

Hot Crab Dip

I used light cream cheese and light mayo for this recipe, and it was still delicious! I also added 1 tablespoon of horseradish and 1 clove of minced garlic for a little more kick. My husband gave it rave reviews!

Pork Chop and Cabbage Casserole

I liked the potato and cabbage mixture, but it would have been better with a bit more spices. The chops were very dry. The pan definitely needs to be covered and, like a couple of others said, perhaps pour the soup mix over the top of the chops.
