Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2013
My Family LOVED this... My next door neighbor gave us a whole bunch of Dungeness crab on Dec 23, We ate about 3 of them right then. What to do with the rest?? found the recipe and cracked the rest of the crab. I ended up with a 10 inch pie pan heaped with crab. I followed the recipe but not to a tee because I had a lot of crab. It was awesome. Highly recommended! I think fresh crab is the key, though. I am going to make a Razor clam recipe out of this next. Thanks Noelle!!

Bella's Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2010
Had this for Christmas eve dinner last night. Every body seemed to enjoy it, even a few who said they don't like brussel sprouts. I followed the recipe pretty close but was a little short on balsamic viniger and a little heavy on the butter. I would definitly make this again

Newport Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2008
I have used this recipe several times and really like it. we usually have an aboundance of razor clams and this recipe is perfect for using the tougher neck. I usually grind the necks up like "clamburger" (new word I think) I save some of the other tender parts for larger chunks. Next time I make this I will fry some bacon bits into it for a little complexity. Great recipe!!

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2006
This is the first beer cheese soup I have tried to make and it turned out great! I've had differant varieties of it at differant Super Bowl parties over the years and Have always enjoyed it. The only thing I did a little differant is I grilled some Brats untill well done and smokey then ground them up and put them in the soup. It was AWESOME! Go Seahawks!! Also used a little more cheese + one cup of shredded parmigon chese and a bout 2 bottles of henrys fall lager.
